I love this video so much because it’s completely true.
I used to love Chuck and Blair together more than anyone. Hell, I needed them to be together because it mirrored the crappy off and on hookup relationship I was blindly in for the past three years. Chuck and Blair were my relationship role models. Chair taught me that it’s okay for a guy to treat you like shit over and over, as long as they keep coming back to you. In fact, Chair taught me that those things were actually what made a relationship more epic.
Dan and Blair are an example of how it should be. They’re intellectual equals with common interests and shared goals. They’re best friends after having a relationship develop organically over time. Their witty banter is amazing and they have crazy chemistry. It’s completely loving and I can’t find anything fucked up about it.
All you people are going on about how bad it is for Chuck to bankrupt Blair’s family. You haven’t even watched the show, how can you be sure that is going to happen? For all you know, Chuck saying ‘You framed me’ might be because Dan was actually the one who bankrupted the family but is blaming Chuck on it. (with his history I wouldn’t put it past him).
I’m not saying that is definitely going to happen but people need to stop jumping to conclusions.
It’s kind of obvious the “you framed me” is just in reference to the GG video at the wedding. Just sayin’.
Because my hair is basically a fro right now and is going to need straightening before school. Also, I have to leave the house over an hour and a half before class starts. And class starts in about 4 hours.
And yet, I’ve just been floundering around in DAIR HEAVEN ALL NIGHT. Watching clips and youtube montages and liking posts on tumblr. WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME?? This is like a sick addiction, but I can’t stop even though my biology class is slightly important.
The one thing I haven’t seen that I really want is when Blair is trying to talk to Dan and the Upright Citizens Brigade guy who’s playing Dylan says he can use that conversation they’re having and she gives him an epic death glare. GIF PLEASE???
